What is a Verucca ?
A Verucca (human papillomavirus (HPV)) can appear on the soles of your feet. They tend to be flat and have small dark red dots on them which is broken capillaries with dry blood and not Verucca roots. They tend to be flat from our body weight pressure, this is also the cause of the broken Capillaries. They can hurt a little and be itchy, it’s important not to itch them as the viral particles may spread to other areas of your skin.
